Thank you to all the volunteers and supporters who contributed to a successful Homelessness Action Week Connect Event 2019. Our guests had access to flu shots, blood pressure checks by Fraser Health and the BC Nurses Union, foot services, eye and dental care, hair cuts and foot care, Photo shoot, clothing, a couple of warm meals, Progressive Housing outreach workers, Lookout services , Naloxone training, music by Jason Matheny and Don Doyle and cameraderie with peers and volunteers. Thank you to the Burnaby Lions for providing breakfast and the lovely ladies of the Greek Orthodox Community of East Vancouver with Father Tim for providing an outstanding lunch again!
