On behalf of the Burnaby Task Force on Homelessness and Burnaby Community Services, Carol-Ann Flanagan, Coordinator of the Burnaby Task Force on Homelessness with Joe Keithley, Councillor at the city of Burnaby presented to Scott Alleyn from the Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society with a Plaque of Appreciation for their continued contributions towards Burnaby’s 2019 Coldest Night of the Year walk.
With over 300 walkers, 40 teams and 93 volunteers, this walk raised $66,000 towards helping people experiencing homelessness in Burnaby!
